Hiring Warehouse Workers:

$36/hour

Morning/Afternoon shifts available

15+ Warehouse and Distribution Sites.

The main responsibility of this role is to accurately and promptly select orders and arrange them on pallets.

This warehouse role entails utilizing powered industrial equipment like an electric jack, to accurately select products based on voice-activated order systems. Additionally, the selected products are labeled, palletized, and safely transported to the dock for loading onto customer orders. Successful candidates must be capable of fulfilling each essential duty listed and possessing the necessary knowledge, skill, and/or ability to meet the job's requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Hand select orders using a voice activated system, within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including dry, cooler and freezer.
    - Stack product on pallets following proper selecting procedures (for example, no stacking heavy product on light product, labels facing out, adhering to food safety principles, etc.)
    - Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment including, but not limited to, powered industrial equipment, voice headsets, and personal protective equipment.
    - Perform pre-trip inspections, and safely operate all powered industrial equipment.
    - Shrink-wrap product on the loading dock.
    - Attend all required company meetings.

Qualifications:

    - Must be able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements.
    - Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
    - Warehouse experience preferred (not required)

Physical Requirements:

The physical requirements described here are representative of those required of an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    - Frequently lift, push, or move products using safe lifting practices.
    - Frequently reach up to stack and unstack pallets.
    - Constantly bend and twist while operating a pallet jack or other powered industrial equipment, retrieving items from lower shelf areas

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    - Must be able to work the assigned schedule.
    - Must be able to use, or learn to use, all equipment and tools used to perform the job.
    - Must successfully pass a controlled substance screening test.
    - Must adhere to all safety practices and company policies.

    - Must have all the neccesary gear or be willing to purchase one.
    - Meet or exceed established cases per error goals.
    - Able to work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift, in a fast-paced environment.

4-5 days guaranteed
Morning 7am-3pm/Afternoon 3pm-11pm
